Role Summary
To meet the Group's ambitions, we are looking for an experienced regulatory affairs manager in the Chemicals sector in order to develop our activity with key account clients in France and Europe.
- Reporting directly to the Director of the Business Unit, your main missions will consist of:
- Provide chemical/CLP/Reach regulatory expertise
- Have knowledge of international chemical regulations
- Establish SDS for the EU and internationally
- Take care of declarations to poison control centers and UFI codes
- Manage labeling validation services, verification of specifications for distributors, or any other regulatory services
- Have knowledge of the regulations on candles and room fragrances
- Work with toxicologists, sales teams and laboratories to construct our technical prescriptions,
Determine the analyzes and tests to be carried out on each product according to the formula, current regulations and customer specifications, and guarantee the consistency of the control plans for our customers,
Ensure the verification and customer communication of regulatory non-compliances resulting from the analyzes carried out, prepare annual summaries, in collaboration with the laboratory team,
Carry out audits or training on behalf of our clients,
Be a force of proposal to develop new services for our customers responding to changes in regulations,
Represent Eurofins by participating in regulatory commissions and congresses of the profession.

Requirements
- Scientific training Bac +4/5, preferably in chemistry
- Mastery of the CLP/Reach chemical regulation for the EU and other international areas (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of chemical product regulation
- Knowledge of food supplements and/or pet care is desired
- Spoken and written English essential
- Very good customer relations and great listening skills
- Ability to integrate into a team, interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, strength of proposal and proactivity
