- Experienced Building Engineer/Building Designer for building analyses

Do you have experience with and interest in the investigation and restoration of buildings? Then you should read along here!
We are looking for a specialist for our competence center for Renovation and Building Physics - a dynamic and highly specialized environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with exciting and varied projects, diagnose and solve complex building damage and create solutions with a lasting effect.
You are part of our division, Renovation & Building Physics. The division is currently made up of 120 dedicated colleagues, spread over offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Vejle and Fredericia. More specifically, you will belong to our department in Copenhagen, which consists of 16 committed specialists.
We are a good mix of profiles - including engineers, constructors, building physicists, a geologist and an environmental technician - which gives us a good starting point for looking at issues from many different angles. Our consulting services range widely: from building inspections and damage analysis to indoor climate, mold assessments and environmental studies. The common denominator for everything we do is that it contributes to existing buildings being able to stand strong in the future.
Our department is characterized by strong unity and professional pride. We often hold joint theme days and team building activities, which strengthen our skills and the collegial community. Another social and professional highlight is our technical excursions, often to international destinations, where we get the opportunity to geek out on building physics and material technology and draw inspiration for ourselves.
About you
Based on your in-depth knowledge of building constructions and materials, your primary focus will be on building surveys and correcting errors in construction - in close collaboration with colleagues across the departments. Depending on your profile and wishes for your own development, you will have the opportunity to tailor your role and influence both work processes and customer relations.
We imagine that you have the following starting point
Education as a building designer, structural engineer or equivalent professional profile
Min. 5 years' experience, preferably as a consultant, alternatively from the construction industry, specializing in renovation projects.
Experience as a project manager, e.g. within specialist contracting or turnkey contracts.
Have specialized in renovation projects.
Has communication skills and has experience in teaching.
Solid understanding of statics and moisture issues in depth.
The position requires that you hold a driving license B.
- What we can offer you
- A close-knit team with a high presence in the office
- Investment in your development
- Managers you can count on, guided by our management principles
- Become part of a fund-owned company, which ensures long-term and independent development
- Pension scheme via PFA including paid health insurance
- Technical excursions and social events
- 24 weeks of paid maternity leave for both father, mother and LGBTQ+ families
Projects which are not only professionally stimulating, but where you also help to make a real difference.
