Marketing Operations, being the main technical reference in the Growth area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Salesforce operations.
• Ensure quality of lead and customer bases.
• Implement and maintain events via GTM and GA4.
• Configure pixels, conversions and integrations.
• Perform basic landing page maintenance.
• Document processes and support Growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience with GTM and GA4.
• Knowledge of acquisition funnels and lead management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Analytical and problem-solving profile.

Differences

• Basic SQL.
• PowerBI.
• Zapier, Make or n8n.
• CRO and A/B testing.
• Experience in digital companies.
