Who will you work with?
You will work in one of the Wabtec teams that makes a difference! You will be part of the Services team, focused on one of our biggest contracts, MSA Rumo, our main client. It will carry out its activities on our client's sites, operations located in Araraquara/SP or Curitiba/PR and will work directly with Wabtec's materials team, as well as in a strong partnership with our technical teams from these same bases.

- What will your day-to-day life be like?
Carry out daily inspection checklist of equipment and tools; Participate in health, safety and environmental preservation activities, in order to ensure the integrity of people, reporting and taking measures to remedy any types of risks in the work environment; Monitoring vehicle positioning for unloading and loading materials, including procedures and safety checklist; Carry out cargo inspection and report any abnormality or damage identified; Carry out physical loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift; Check the volumes as declared in the tax document originating from internal transfers from Wabtec or suppliers; Request the registration of the respective invoices in the Trello system; Properly allocate the components in their respective positions; Perform standard locator parameterization in case of receiving new components; Control items by standard location and correct deviations; Carry out and maintain the organization of materials in the pallet truck positions and carry out corrections whenever necessary; Carry out the cyclical inventory by generating daily counting lists, inventorying and posting the collected data; Report physical divergences and non-conformities at the time of identification using a standard 4 block form; Report discrepancies in quantities at the time of identification through inventory reporting; Carry out the appropriate packaging of materials, create the package according to the packaging to be used and pack the items following the particularities to ensure safety and quality when packaging for transport; Receive and allocate chemical materials, check expiration date, label expiration date/FIFO; Control perishable items based on expiration dates; Segregate all material due in the current month and direct it to scrapping of the material; Carry out material reserves, based on demands from the e-Service and Oracle systems; Register the serial numbers in the e-Service system of the required components; Report the lack of material (NIS – NOT IN STOCK / LHFM) at the time of identification for processing, according to standard procedure; Prepare materials for internal service dispatch, label components, check quantities, volumes, post reservation documents and ensure the correct shipment of components for MSA Rumo operations and control the shipping list; Prepare materials for external service dispatch, label components, check quantities, volumes, affix NF numbers, ensure correct shipment of components to customers, print NFs and carry out packing control of NFs at the time of collection by carriers;
Perform the reversal of materials upon formal request and physical receipt of the component in the warehouse, duly inspected for the absence of damage; Carry out separation, serial number control, photographic registration of plates and cubing for shipping materials for the export process (NYAB and EOT portions) - separate, pack the items following export rules, send measurements and cubing to the logistics team (II and III); Collect and control damaged items daily, check identification according to the information required on the standard label; Signal whenever required the survey of damaged components to be sent to the repair process at our headquarters in Contagem or at a supplier; Carry out adequate packaging of damaged components, correct strapping in order to guarantee safety and quality when packaging for transport; Ensure control and identification for the dispatch of specific equipment, which requires control by RC (Field Reports), upon demand signaled by the materials team, or a member of one of the technical teams;
Requirements
- We want to know if you have a collaborative, dynamic profile and can work well in a team. Attentive and complying with established processes. It is important that you know or have worked in logistics operations or those involving the supply of materials for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of the Office package tools is necessary and it is desirable to have knowledge of one of the MRP systems available on the market (Oracle, SAP, ERP), thus enabling understanding of the work that involves the operation of the warehouse and supply of materials.
- Qualified in category B and with at least 1 year of experience driving a forklift;
