We are recruiting an ADV Manager (M./F.)

Location: Amiens

How will you make a difference in this position?

Within the Supply Chain Department, and reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager, you will be the guarantor of compliance with Quality, Cost, Deadlines commitments, from loading of orders to delivery, with respect to customers.

What would we like to find in your home?

Graduate of a Bac+3/4 (international trade, Logistics, LEA, etc.) with a first successful experience, you master the rules of international transport, as well as the codes of customer relations.

Fluency in English is essential.

Rigorous in nature, your analytical skills and critical thinking will make the difference.

Responsiveness, tenacity and diplomacy are necessary to hold this position.

Responsibilities

What will your days look like?

  • Manage customer orders in the ERP, from receipt to invoicing;
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve any disputes;
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to meet their needs;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee optimal customer service;
  • Update databases and ERP systems accurately;
  • Prepare and analyze reports on ADV activities;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of ADV processes.
