Role Summary

2 main missions

Maximize the ecological performance of sites: optimization of utilities (water, steam, hot, cold, compressed air), improvement of energy efficiency, electrical engineering, PV

Maximize the performance of installations: design/installation of decarbonizing equipment (PAC, biomass, etc.), mechanical engineering, regulatory maintenance

During the maintenance visit

• Diagnose and/or control anomalies reported by the customer and/or the operations team
• Inform your manager and the customer of the anomalies observed and the remedies to be taken
• Resolve anomalies after agreement between the client and the company
• Visually check the production rate of the photovoltaic plant
• Check all energy transformation elements (inverters, rectifiers, etc.)
• Carry out the visit according to the maintenance contract and update the maintenance file for the equipment maintained

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance visits
• Ensure the operation of the cut-off devices and/or the lockouts if necessary
• Carry out LV/HT electrical inspection visits
• Carry out electrical renovation work, commissioning, adjustment and fine-tuning of installations
• Participate in the development of automation systems and energy conversion systems (inverters, rectifiers, etc.)
• Ensure repairs, as part of the company service offering
• Ensure regular reporting in the tools made available to your hierarchy and customers
• Provide reliable and honest monitoring of your activity and working time to your manager, on time and according to instructions

Requirements

• BAC to BAC +2 level training such as BAC PRO Professions in Electricity and its Connected Environments, DUT Electrical Engineering, BTS Electrotechnics
• You have proven professional experience of at least one year in a similar role as Photovoltaic Maintenance Technician or in construction electricity

Before leaving the intervention site

• Clean the facilities
• Acknowledge alarms
• Complete the intervention sheet in full (noting the electrical parameters and the production level) or any other document requested
• List any equipment to be replaced (references and dimensions)

Inform the customer of the work carried out and that to be planned, of the possible risks observed during the intervention (crowding of the premises, gutters without protection, bare conductors under tension, leaks and infiltrations on the roofs, etc.)

• Inform your manager: incidents that have occurred, difficulties encountered during the intervention, dangers due to the installation, remedies to be taken
• Ensure the proper transmission of the data collected to your manager and the administrative team
• Check the operation of remote management for data transmission
