Role Summary

We are looking for a Plant Manager who will be responsible for the quality control of the process, as well as the correct state of operation of the Ciudad Real facilities.

Its main functions will be

Comprehensive maintenance management: planning and execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, conductive and multitechnical maintenance, guaranteeing technical-legal compliance and process optimization.

Quality and environmental control: monitoring and closing of non-conformities, process control, waste management, and compliance with the EMS and associated indicators.

Document management and reports: preparation of maintenance reports for the client and orderly, updated and accessible management of technical and contractual documentation.

Team leadership: coordination of a team of 9 people, shift management, training, technical support, needs detection and conflict resolution.

Economic management and client relationship: economic control of the contract, monitoring of KPIs, direct dialogue with the client, purchases and prospecting for new opportunities.

ORP and energy improvement: compliance with ORP regulations, monitoring of indicators and proposal of improvement actions in safety and energy efficiency.

Requirements

  • University training in Environmental, Agricultural, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or qualifications related to the position.
  • Minimum experience of 1 - 3 years in maintenance management of waste plants or similar industrial facilities.
