Role Summary

Implementation of the technical part (demo, technical support, etc.) of the strategic business development plan with each of the assigned agricultural holdings.

Collection and analysis of complete information on assigned clients, generation of analytical reports on field support.

Control and monitoring of the effectiveness of application (seeding) and operation of Syngenta products.

Providing the necessary technical support for assigned agricultural holdings at all stages of the technological process of growing agricultural crops.

Carrying out planned activities in each of the assigned divisions of agricultural holdings: demo, sampling, adaptation of technologies to the conditions of the holdings, etc.

Implementation of individual adapted technological solutions for each of the assigned divisions of key clients at the level of regional agricultural holdings.

Active use of digital tools in field activities to demonstrate the benefits of our products.

Providing after-sales service, consultations and recommendations on site.

Work with complaints: field visits, data collection, preparation of reports.

Organization and implementation of technical support services for assigned agricultural holdings.

Participation in industry events

Organization and conduct of field trips, seminars and training events with assigned agricultural holdings.
