Role Summary

Your role will be

• active promotion and sale of Syngenta biological products
• achieving sales goals in the subordinate area (farms and sales points)
• customer service within the assigned area in order to implement sales campaigns, including order management

post-sales support for customers in the field of agronomy, crop management and the use of Syngenta biological products - in accordance with the guidelines of the Technical Support and Marketing departments

preparing sales reports, monitoring inventory levels during the season, obtaining and reporting information about local customers and the market

participation in the preparation and implementation of training and field events

Requirements

The following will be particularly important to us

• goal and results orientation, self-discipline and good work organization
• sales and negotiation skills and the ability to recognize customer needs
• understanding the competitive environment and market trends
• experience in the agro industry will be an advantage (not a requirement)
• readiness to learn - we provide implementation and product training, including in the area of biological products
• good computer skills
• category B driving license
