Requirements
We invite people who like working in the field, are able to build relationships and want to develop sales in the seed segment to cooperate with us. The following will be particularly important to us:
- Specialized education (Agriculture, Biotechnology or related) and knowledge in the field of agronomy
- Goal and results orientation, self-discipline and good work organization
- Sales and negotiation skills and the ability to recognize customer needs
- Experience in the agro industry (will be an important advantage)
- Readiness to learn – we provide full substantive support and product training
- Category B driving license and efficient computer use (CRM systems)

- Description of the job offer
- Area of operation: voivodeship Opole Voivodeship (eastern part), voivodeship Silesia (northern part) and voivodeship Świętokrzyskie (western part)
- Working mode: mobile/field work
- You will be responsible for building the market position of Syngenta seeds by:
- Active promotion and sale of seeds in the subordinated area
- Achieving sales goals and managing sales campaigns and orders
- After-sales support for customers in the field of agronomy, crop management and optimal use of the potential of our varieties
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of training and field events to present our solutions in practice
- Monitoring the market, reporting sales and obtaining information about local trends and farmers' needs
