Role Summary

As a Packaging Line Manager, you will join a workshop dedicated to the packaging of plant protection products (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides). You manage the packaging installations, in compliance with safety, quality, production and environmental protection instructions.

You will join a team of 3 to 6 people and will report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of a packaging line according to the established production plan and productivity conditions according to QHSE rules and procedures.
• Manage and optimize the activity of a packaging line.
• Versatility when driving all lines.
• Ensure adjustments, format changes and product changes.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverable finished products.
• Ensure monitoring of equipment in your area of activity.
• Participate in continuous service improvement projects
• Carry out instructions and clean the station

Requirements

• You have BAC PRO training in operating industrial installations
• You have first experience in an operator position
• You know how to organize work and prioritize actions.

You have a very strong awareness of security

Rigorous and involved by nature, you like teamwork and have a good spirit of initiative and teamwork
