Role Summary

Position objectives / Mission

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of one or more projects, from their framing to their closure, guaranteeing the achievement of deadline, budget, quality and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.

In this capacity, he/she organizes governance (kick-off, committees, monitoring rituals), builds and updates planning, coordinates cross-functional resources, anticipates and controls risks and changes, and ensures compliance of deliverables with functional, technical and security requirements. He/she produces regular reporting (dashboards, progress, alerts, decisions) for clients and management, and monitors the profitability and overall quality of projects.

Job description / Main activities

  1. Project management and governance

Frame the project (objectives, scope, hypotheses, constraints) and formalize the project plan.

Organize and lead the kick-off, committees (steering, project) and follow-up rituals.

Define milestones, manage planning and monitor progress until closing (balance sheet/REX).

  1. Quality, methodology and deliverables

Guarantee the application of the project methodology (process, templates, management rules, acceptance criteria).

Manage the production, review and validation of deliverables (specifications, test plans, PV, CR, procedures).

Ensure the collection, analysis and documentation of functional/technical needs in conjunction with the teams concerned.

  1. Risk management, changes

Identify, qualify and manage risks and action plans (scheduling, load, dependencies, quality, suppliers).

Manage change requests (impacts, arbitrations, decisions) and secure the perimeter.

  1. Communication, reporting and stakeholders

Ensure fluid and structured communication with customers, management and internal teams.

Produce and distribute progress reporting (KPIs, alerts, decisions, blocking points) and lead action plans.

Coordinate project stakeholders (business lines, IT, service providers) and facilitate problem resolution.

  1. Resources and economic management

Plan and monitor the workload, coordinate cross-functional resources and arbitrate priorities with the managers concerned.

Monitor the budget and profitability of the project (consumed vs planned), alert in the event of deviation and propose corrective actions.

Customers / sponsors / business representatives.

Internal teams: Delivery/Services, Support, Security, Architecture/Technical.

Profile / Training / Experience

Education: Bac+4/5 (engineering school, university or equivalent) or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 to 7 years (to be adapted) in project management, ideally on IS projects / application solutions.

Mastery of management and collaboration tools (MS Project/Excel)

Languages: Fluent French; Professional English appreciated depending on client context.

Performance indicators (KPI)

Respect of milestones and deadlines (On-Time Delivery).

Control of the budget and the workload (planned/actual deviation).

Quality of deliverables and compliance rate (receipt/PV, customer returns, reopenings).

Customer and stakeholder satisfaction (feedback, incidents, escalations).

Quality and regularity of reporting, proactive risk management.

Requirements

Knowledge (knowledge)

  • Project management methodologies and governance.
  • Principles of planning, load estimation, risk management and change management.
  • Notions of IS architecture and integration (API, flows, environments, acceptance/deployment)
  • Awareness of data security and privacy requirements.

Know-how (technical and operational skills)

  • Build and manage a schedule, a workload plan and a project dashboard.
  • Lead workshops, meetings and committees; formalize CRs and records of decisions.
  • Produce/read again deliverables (specifications, procedures, test plans, minutes) and secure validations.
  • Manage escalations, arbitrate, negotiate and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership, organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, synthesis skills, customer orientation.
  • Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and sense of responsibility.
