Role Summary

As part of a permanent recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Strasbourg and work with major clients in the banking and financial sector, on C# / .NET projects with high business value.

You are permanently integrated into an Agile project team and participate in the design, development and evolution of sustainable digital solutions, at the heart of financial information systems.

You bring your technical expertise to structuring subjects, while remaining heavily involved in development.

Your role and missions

  • As a Senior C# .NET Developer, you are involved in the entire development cycle:
  • Design and development of C# / .NET applications
  • Participation in technical framing phases and design choices
  • Contribution to code quality, maintainability and performance
  • Participation in code reviews and continuous improvement
  • Implementation and monitoring of tests
  • Contribution to integration and continuous deployment chains
  • Work in close collaboration with project teams and business contacts
  • Participation in Agile ceremonies

Technological environment

  • Back‑end: C#, .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
  • Architecture: services/micro-services depending on the projects
  • Tools: Git, CI/CD
  • Cloud / platforms: depending on project context
  • Framework: Agile environment

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school, Master 2 in computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in C# / .NET development
  • Solid mastery of good development practices (quality, maintainability, performance)
  • Experience in Agile environment
  • Ability to analyze complex technical subjects and propose solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
  • Appetite for Financial Services and critical systems
