Role Summary

Your role and missions

Integrated into the Nantes office of Sopra Steria Next and under the guidance of a manager, you will work on major business and IS digital transformation projects in different sectors (energy, public sector, defense, transport, banking/insurance, aeronautics, etc.). At the heart of office life, you contribute to its internal development on an agile and collaborative model.

Framework of transformation program/project (business processes, organizations, uses and tools, data, IS architecture).

Collection of business needs and support for businesses in the operational implementation of a transformation strategy: collection, recommendation, formalization of advisory deliverables (surprise report, summary of business needs, target recommendations, planned trajectory); support for change (strategy and application).

Customer support in managing the transformation program/project (coordination of stakeholders, management of action plans, recommendations, etc.)

Requirements

• You have a Bac +5 degree from an engineering or business school or university equivalent and you have a good level of English.
• You have significant experience of at least 3 years in a consulting firm, particularly in digital transformation programs/projects, supporting business lines or IT departments.
• You have led projects with strategic, organizational or IT transformation challenges with a strong business dimension, industrial and logistics performance, data, IS architecture. You have a digital culture and a personal appetite for innovation (methodological or technological).
• Autonomous, empathetic, proactive, attentive, and results-oriented, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be at ease with different people.
• You are used to working in a team, sometimes in international contexts, and have perhaps even already managed a project team
• As part of an energetic and multidisciplinary team, you benefit from close supervision that promotes your taking of responsibility and your autonomy.
