Role Summary

Within the Financial Services vertical, you participate in major transformation projects of our banking clients' information systems.

A key player from pre-sales to production, you operate over a wide scope, within an innovative technical environment.

Your main missions are

You analyze the development needs of the IS and propose adapted solutions, consistent with the customer strategy

You participate in the construction of the IT roadmap on the technical aspects and the implementation of the associated plan

A true strategic partner, you support and advise project teams on the choice of tools and solutions, upstream and throughout projects.

• You develop and evolve architectures to meet business needs
• You ensure the continued usability of the IS and all security aspects
• Recognized for your expertise, you actively participate in improving the skills of teams

Finally, you ensure technological monitoring and share this knowledge within the IT department and other business departments.

Technological environment

• Back: Java / Spring / REST / Open API / JPA / Hibernate
• Front: Html5 / CSS3, Angular or React,
• Containerization / Cloud / IaC: Docker / kubernetes / Terraform / Ansible
• Storage: PostgreSQL, Oracle, ELK
• Security: OWASP, Spring security, IAM & IDP, LDAP, Keycloak,

DevOps & CI/CD: Maven, GitLab, Sonar, Checkmark, etc.

Architectures: 3-tier, micro-service, api-management, event-driven

Requirements

• You have extensive experience in the technologies mentioned above, as well as a real strength of proposal in tackling difficult technical subjects, and proactive behavior to involve the team and the client in the success of the projects.
• Teamwork will be key in interaction with the client and also internally with strong educational quality and integration within multiple project teams.
• You are a real Swiss army knife, allowing you to go down into the technical field on difficult subjects (exemplary towards the technical teams), while maintaining perspective, and also knowing how to go higher at the DAT / Roadmap / Strategy level.
• You have a Master 2 or equivalent (Engineering School or University) and have at least 5 years of experience as an Application Architect, in complex and demanding environments.
