Role Summary

As a recent Sopra Steria graduate, you get a rocket start to working life at one of Norway's best workplaces! We currently have offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim, Bergen, Drammen, Kristiansand, Fredrikstad, Hamar and Tromsø, and employ new graduates at several of the locations.

What can you work on in technology?

In Sopra Steria, you get to help develop socially critical solutions and innovative digital services and products. You get to work with different technologies through exciting projects in different industries. We have both developers and technology advisors who work side by side with the customer, and closely with users and decision makers. Here you can work with subject areas and technologies such as:

• Development - backend/ frontend/ fullstack (Java, Kotlin, .NET, React, Angular...)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, Linux, AWS, Google Cloud Platform...)
• ServiceNow - improve work processes (low-code/no-code, JavaScript, Angular, Node)
• Business platforms (ERP, CEM/CRM, RPA, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office 365...)
• Data and AI (Python, SQL, Spark, SCALA, .NET, Java...)
• Technology consulting

Requirements

We are looking for you who have just graduated in the spring of 2027 and want to help develop society together with our customers. In addition, we hope you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a technical or economic education at minimum bachelor's or master's level (Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered)
• You have an interest in digitalisation, technology and artificial intelligence
• You are curious about working as a consultant, and working with customers in various industries
• You do not have more than one year of relevant work experience after completing your education
• You communicate well in Norwegian, orally and in writing
• You have grades that make you and those around you proud

We believe that you will experience mastery, develop and have fun as a consultant with us if you consider yourself to be structured and goal-oriented, customer-oriented, and good at collaborating and building relationships.

Opportunities for development and networking

New graduates of Sopra Steria have the opportunity to participate in the Accelerate competence programme. The program offers gatherings that provide insight into Sopra Steria's operations and working methods, as well as the opportunity to build networks and focus on personal development. It is voluntary to participate in meetings related to this competence programme. As a recent graduate with us, you will also have the opportunity to take part in lots of social and fun activities alongside your everyday life as a consultant.
