Role Summary

Sopra Steria has built a Salesforce environment that really stands out. After a period of strong growth, we have now stabilized as one of Norway's leading players in Salesforce implementations, and we have ambitions for further growth.

Among some of our more recent deliveries, you will find how Sykehuspartner brings together customers and suppliers in one common Salesforce platform, a project that has contributed to modernizing interaction in one of Norway's largest businesses. We have also helped the Lotteries and Foundations Authority with a strategic platform choice, where new, secure and user-friendly registers have been built on Salesforce, and where the project has received international recognition.

We are at the forefront of using AI in our deliveries, and Sopra Steria is among the leading environments in Norway in establishing Agentforce solutions for our customers. We have been selected as one of the few global partners in Salesforce's exclusive Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network for Agentforce. This is a clear recognition of our ability to translate generative AI into business-critical solutions in production.

In addition, we actively work with AI-assisted development as an integral part of how we deliver projects. This is one of our most important investment areas going forward, and we are continuously exploring how new AI tools can increase the quality, speed and value of our deliveries. This has led us to, among other things, receive the Salesforce prize FY26 Award: Data & AI Adoption. This confirms our ability to adopt new technology early and translate it into concrete solutions that create value for our customers.

We still experience good demand for our services and have several exciting projects ahead. To further strengthen the environment, we are now looking for both developers with a few years' experience and, not least, heavier technical profiles with solid experience, who can take a leading role in complex deliveries.

As a developer or architect with us, you will

Become part of one of Norway's leading Salesforce environments and contribute to its further development, while at the same time helping to build a modern DevOps environment around Salesforce. In the role, you will work on innovative projects, including the implementation of AI and Agentforce solutions that will shape the future technology landscape. You will also work closely in interdisciplinary teams consisting of experts in design, consultancy, development and architecture, in close collaboration with our customers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in our mentoring scheme, where you can both receive and give guidance.

Requirements

We imagine that you have

• Relevant education at bachelor's or master's level
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with development on the Salesforce platform
• Experience with Apex and/or LWC
• Experience with DevOps and preferably knowledge of AI-assisted development or the use of AI tools in development processes
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations
• Several relevant certifications
• Knowledge of agile methodology
• Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian (minimum B2)
