Role Summary

Under the responsibility of a Project Manager, as a Technical Leader, you are integrated into a multidisciplinary Agile team in our multi-client development center.

You work for major players in insurance and participate in the overhaul of the information system of one of our major clients.

  • The mission
  • You participate in technical design tasks as part of our projects and architectural or delivery work;
  • You guarantee the quality of the project team's deliverables (code reviews, test coverage, maintainability of code and documentation);
  • You carry out technological monitoring and advice for development teams
  • You ensure the skills development of junior profiles;
  • You participate in monitoring and improving industrialization processes;

You contribute to the capitalization and dissemination of know-how internally.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have 5 years of experience as a Technical Expert or Tech-lead on significant integration projects.
  • You master WEB and Java technologies.
  • Microservices, Domain Driven Design, containerization, CI/CD are not unfamiliar words in your vocabulary.
  • A true technical referent, you offer innovative solutions in line with project challenges and customer needs. You reveal and support talents within teams.
