Role Summary

We are looking for a driven ServiceNow developer who wants to be involved in creating tailored digital solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work on the development, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on streamlining and automating business processes. You will work in team deliveries together with experts who develop innovative solutions based on ServiceNow and low-code technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement low-code/no-code solutions using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Adapt and optimize business processes through automation and integrations.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve business challenges.
• Follow best practices and ensure quality in code and configuration.

To succeed in the role, we see that you should have:

• At least 3 years of development experience in ServiceNow or other low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and web development (HTML, CSS).
• Understanding of various ServiceNow modules and certification within the platform is a strong asset.
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes using technology.
• A strong desire to develop and work in a consulting role.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
