Role Summary

In this position you ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC are correctly complied with and maintain direct contact with customers.

Analyzing existing customer files and identifying missing information.

Search and validate data via internal systems and public sources.

Contact customers to request necessary documents and information.

Following up on files and monitoring deadlines.

Checking the accuracy and compliance of received documents.

Determining the ownership structure and identifying UBOs in accordance with the regulations.

Correctly register, document and archive file data.

In the long term, contribute to integrated UBO and KYC file handling.

Requirements

• For this challenging position we are looking for a reliable partner who can contribute to high-quality file processing.
• You have knowledge and experience in the following
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, file management or a similar banking environment.
• Knowledge of UBO, KYC and AML regulations is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Accurate, analytical and organized.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French; professional level English.
