We are recruiting a data governance consultant to join our INDUSTRY BU within the Data & Process Intelligence agency, specializing in supporting our clients in their issues associated with digital transformation. Responsibilities

Carrying out scoping studies (identification of issues and needs, analysis of existing conditions, creation of benchmarks, construction of roadmaps, deployment strategy)

• Identification and qualification of functional, digital, data or AI use cases with Businesses and IT
• Acculturation, training, change management
• Support in defining and implementing data governance strategies
• Formalization of Data governance policies, principles, standards and processes
• Contribution to the structuring of Data organizations (roles, responsibilities, governance bodies, operational model)
• Contribution to data lifecycle management and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• With higher education (Bac+5) in data management, information systems or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of data governance.
• You master the principles, frameworks and best practices of data governance, and know how to model governance processes as well as Data organizations.
• You have a real ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders, often in a cross-functional context.
• With excellent listening and analytical skills, you know how to demonstrate rigor, method and a great sense of organization on a daily basis.
• Finally, your interpersonal skills allow you to bring together people with varied profiles (jobs, IT, management) around common objectives.
