Role Summary
We are recruiting a Security Technical Consultant to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the C2SO Agency (Command, Control and Operations Support) which develops and markets a range of innovative products (Crimson, supervision and command support software, Inscape, 3D simulation application editor) and is in charge of piloting a wide variety of projects in the following areas: System availability, Operation and maintenance application, Security Systems, Engineering and Deployment of security solutions, supervision of systems, Maintenance in Security Condition (MCS) of redundant systems, and for the benefit of Defense, Public Security and Prison systems mainly in France.
Within the Technical Department, attached to the C2SO Agency (Defense & Security), you play a key role in the performance and security of our sensitive sites. Expert in security systems (video surveillance, access control, intercom, intrusion detection, etc.), you support operational teams in the implementation, optimization and monitoring of installations on a regional scale. You operate at the crossroads of technical support, project management and installation management, in an innovative and demanding environment, at the heart of the protection of national critical infrastructures.

Responsibilities
Roles and missions
- Guarantee the compliance and performance of security systems deployed on perimeter sites.
- Carry out technical audits, propose improvements and define maintenance plans.
- Provide expert level support to local teams and service providers.
- Ensure technological updates (software, hardware, protocols)
. Project management
- Manage installation deployment, modernization or migration projects. · Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, integrators, maintainers).
- Monitor schedules, budgets and performance indicators.
- Guarantee compliance with security, cybersecurity and GDPR standards.
Regional coordination
- Be the technical point of contact for sites in your region.
- Train and raise awareness among local teams on the proper use of equipment.
- Contribute to the standardization of practices and the dissemination of good methods.
Requirements
Expected technical skills
- Collaboration with high-level technical teams on safety and cybersecurity projects.
- Evolution in an innovative, demanding and strategic environment, at the heart of the protection of national critical infrastructures.
- Direct contribution to structuring projects linked to national resilience, in a context of hybrid threats and digital transformation.
- Mastery of video surveillance systems, access control, intercom, intrusion.
- Knowledge of IP architectures, networks and associated software solutions.
- Good notions of cybersecurity applied to security systems.
- Frequent travel in the region is to be expected.
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 training in electronics, industrial IT, security or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience on safety system commissioning and delivery projects. You will join an agile team, dedicated to the security of critical infrastructures
