Role Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager for our Operational Systems and Interoperability (SOI) agency. The SOI agency is notably in charge of managing the activities of CS Group carried out for the benefit of the SCCOA (Aerospace Operations Command and Control System) of the Ministry of the Armed Forces.

The SCCOA carries out the missions of airspace surveillance, control of civil and military flights and command and control of air forces.

Reporting to the activity director and in close contact with the operational advisor, program managers and sales, the SCCOA Pre-Sales Manager is in charge of identifying future needs and making the associated winning offers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize the understanding of customer needs, the analysis of requirements and the adequacy of the technical offer to this need
  • Develop offers with the support of technical teams within the allotted time frame
  • Organize and manage offer reviews and intermediate meetings to validate offers internally
  • Support and negotiate the offer with the sales teams with our customers until the contract is signed
  • Support the file during the transition to the project team.
  • The pre-sales manager is also a source of suggestions in the creation of the activity roadmap.
  • Note that a change of site to Rungis is planned for mid-2027.

Requirements

  • Coming from a Bac+5 level technical training, you have at least 10 years of experience in leading complex projects, ideally within the French Defense ecosystem.
  • You are capable of understanding complex technical systems and managing the entire contractual cycle, from the preparation, negotiation and signing of public contracts to contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
  • You master activity planning and know how to coordinate the various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects in demanding environments.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and with excellent organizational skills, you demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, allowing you to quickly identify issues, propose appropriate solutions and effectively support decision-making.
