Role Summary

Position based in Paris or Annecy.

Your role and missions

• You administer, supervise and optimize in collaboration with our hosts:
• Linux and Windows systems
• The network interconnections of our customers and partners
• infrastructure
• You take charge of the configuration and security of our solutions

You ensure that infrastructures (physical clusters and virtual machines) are maintained in operational conditions by following the state of the art and handling level 2 and 3 incidents in compliance with ITIL best practices and our customer commitments.

You update the repositories and operating/administrative documentation.

You participate in the evolution of the information system and the integration of AI.

You participate in the implementation and development of authentication solutions with our customers

You contribute to operational tasks, such as tracking backups and monitoring.

You automate service administration and deployment tasks.

Your technical environment will be composed of

• Linux, Redhat, Ubuntu
• Windows Server
• Active directory, Centrify
• Load Balancer Alteon / Apache / Tomcat / Karaf
• Ansible / Gitlab
• SAN and NAS storage
• Openshift

Requirements

• Graduate of a bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent training, you have at least 6 years of experience in a Systems/Network Engineer position.
• Experience in the HR sector would be a plus.
• Curious, rigorous and proactive, you are recognized for your listening skills and your analytical and innovative skills. Your qualities such as diplomacy, team spirit or even a sense of customer service will also be essential assets to your success in the missions entrusted to you.
