Role Summary

As part of a developing team bringing together nearly 80 consultants, you will support the structuring transformations of major players in the sector: SNCF, RATP, Eurostar, Keolis, La Poste, Geodis, Air France, Aéroports de Paris, transport organizing authorities

The projects we carry out with our clients address their key issues: opening up to competition, modernization of infrastructure, digitalization of services, decarbonization, optimization of performance, continuous improvement of the customer experience.

What drives us: having a concrete impact on the experience and commitment of employees within large companies and public organizations in various sectors: aeronautics, ministries, transport, energy, financial services, etc.

Responsibilities

• Under the responsibility of a manager, you will contribute to missions such as:
• Defining our clients' digital strategy,
• Framing and implementation of digital and business transformation projects,
• Improving the operational and industrial performance of our customers (railway production, maintenance, passenger information, supply chain),
• Optimization and streamlining of physical and digital customer journeys,
• The design of integrated mobility solutions (MaaS),
• The transformation of organizations and associated change management,
• The digital transformation of our clients' businesses by imagining the uses of tomorrow (connected objects, Big Data and predictive models, IoT),
• The implementation of new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean-IT),
