Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next Aéronautique, you join a team of 160 consultants supporting the main players in aeronautics and space in their transformation and innovation projects.

We work on strategic, operational and technological issues around operational excellence, the supply chain, industrial planning, engineering, operational maintenance (MCO/MRO), digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies, notably artificial intelligence and data.

Our teams also support our clients in their organizational transformations, improvement of their industrial performance, risk management and compliance with standards and regulations in the aeronautical sector. Certified ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001, Sopra Steria Next works with its customers in compliance with the standards and requirements specific to the aeronautics industry.

Present in Paris, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence, our teams contribute to meeting the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector, marked by the challenges of competitiveness, innovation, sustainability and sovereignty.

Your mission: become a key player in change

As a leader of consulting missions, you will manage strategic projects, supervise teams of consultants and actively participate in the commercial development of our operations. Here is an overview of the missions that await you:

Lead digital and business transformations: Contribute to the definition and implementation of ambitious transformation projects.

Improve industrial performance: Boost operational efficiency (MRO, AMOA, Supply Chain, etc.) and deploy solutions that make the difference.

Driving organizational change: Implement innovative approaches to profoundly transform our clients' organizations.

Imagine the jobs of tomorrow: Support digital transformation by anticipating future uses and reinventing practices.

Implement new working methods: Introduce agile, co-design, Lean-IT approaches to transform the way of working.

Requirements

• And you?
• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or a business school.
• With more than 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, you have acquired solid expertise and are comfortable in demanding environments.
• A natural leader, you have already managed project teams and like to share your know-how while helping your colleagues grow.
• Your interpersonal skills and diplomacy allow you to collaborate effectively with people at all levels.
• Proactive, curious and proactive, you are recognized for your ability to analyze complex issues and formulate clear summaries, both orally and in writing.
