Role Summary

Within the Toulouse Business agency, you contribute to the development, improvement and management of industrial systems at the heart of our clients' PLM environments. You act as an Industrial Systems Engineer, guaranteeing the performance, consistency and reliability of the solutions deployed. In this context and depending on your seniority, your missions will be:

1. Develop and/or improve our clients’ industrial system

Participate in the design, evolution and optimization of industrial systems.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and associated tools.

Identify areas for progress and propose appropriate solutions.

1. Manage operations and monitor performance

Monitor performance indicators and analyze gaps.

Monitor actions, follow up with stakeholders and guarantee progress.

Prepare and structure management supports (reporting, dashboards, etc.).

1. Coordinate and manage industrial projects

Manage schedules, costs, risks and project dependencies.

Participate in meetings, take structured notes and ensure the dissemination of information.

Make the link between the different teams (business, technical, suppliers, internal customers).

1. Manage interfaces with different stakeholders

Ensure fluid and professional communication with all project stakeholders.

Contribute to the co‑construction of sustainable solutions adapted to customer needs.

Represent CIMPA with professionalism and a sense of service.

Requirements

Holder of a Bac+5 engineering degree (industrial engineering, systems, mechanics, aeronautics, or equivalent). You preferably benefit from a first successful experience in industrial systems, project management or PLM environment.

You have skills such as

• Mastery of project methodologies: V cycle, LBIP, Agile.
• Knowledge of industrial and PLM environments.

Industrial architecture skills

• Skills in industrial performance (takt calculation, station calculation, critical path analysis, line balancing, line layout, etc.)
• Skills in industrial system modeling & simulation.
• Technological maturation skills (TRL/MRL)
• Continuous improvement skills (LEAN and/or 6-Sigma)
• Familiarity with the Airbus ecosystem appreciated.
• You are also familiar with the Airbus environment.
