Role Summary

At Sopra Steria Next Aeroline, you join a community of more than 250 specialized consultants who support the biggest players in aeronautics, space, airlines and Air Traffic Management in their most strategic transformations.

Requirements

• You are comfortable leading workshops, formalizing beliefs, and involving stakeholders.
• You are comfortable interacting with business management or IT departments.
• You have concrete experience on projects using Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Gen AI, etc.), and demonstrate an active and committed adoption of these technologies in your professional career.
• You have a solid professional culture in one of the fields of aeronautics, space, flight operations or industry, which you wish to put at the service of the new uses enabled by AI.
• You are convinced of the potential of artificial intelligence to sustainably transform professions and wish to contribute to this transformation in a concrete way.
• You are curious, proactive, rigorous and recognized for your ability to understand business issues and create bridges with technological innovations.
• You are interested in the industrial, digital and organizational developments that are shaping the future of the sector.
• You want to join an environment that allows you to explore and deploy ambitious AI use cases, as close as possible to our clients' business challenges.
• You are a graduate of a major engineering school, a business school or an equivalent university course.
