You collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management) to support our large industrial clients in aeronautics, defense, energy and transport.

What if you join our teams as a Functional Architect/PLM?

Your objective will be to offer the most appropriate functional solutions to meet business needs.

To do this, you collaborate with the functional framing team in order to understand the business need and associate it with a feasibility study. So you carry out a needs analysis and then establish a list of possible solutions.

You carry out an impact analysis of each solution and compare the solutions to find the one that will be presented to the different stakeholders (businesses, functional framework, urban planner).

You will also have to discuss with the developers if clarification is needed or to correct an unfeasibility of the functional solution.

Responsibilities

• In order to successfully complete this mission, you will need to carry out these different tasks:
• Identification and collection of business needs
• Reading and understanding business/functional needs
• Definition of structuring hypotheses
• Feasibility/risk analysis
• Research and proposal of functional solution adapted to needs
• OOTB functional tests
• Analysis of the gaps between the OOTB solution and the need
• Presentation of the need and the associated solution to the developers and solution architect
• Writing methods and UAT
• Preparing demonstrations

Thus, depending on your motivations, you can integrate various projects and/or experience an evolution in terms of responsibilities: why not evolve towards the profession of Functional Architect/PLM.

Requirements

Let's talk about you

• Higher education Bac+5 such as Engineering/IT School, or equivalent training.
• You have ideally already taken part in PLM projects around the 3DExperience solution.
• You are a good communicator and are recognized for your ability to adapt and your organization.
• Knowledge of 3DX parameterization aspects preferred
• You are familiar with discussions with developers - management of customization aspects (code)
• This position requires fluency in English
