Role Summary
You join Aeroline as a Flight Test Bench Architect.
Sopra Steria's Aeroline vertical brings together nearly 1,100 employees in France, in teams spread across the entire country. It supports major players in aeronautics, space and air traffic on strategic projects: modernization of critical systems, data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, on-board systems and sustainable aviation. The teams work on complex and innovative programs, at the heart of performance, security and sovereignty issues.
Your role and missions
You define and specify the architecture of the test resources (benches, aircraft simulators) in order to ensure the representativeness of the resources and enable the testing campaigns to be carried out.
You define and implement the interfaces between real and simulated systems in order to guarantee the overall consistency of the test environments.
You write and maintain technical documentation related to testing means (specification, user guides, architectural notes, etc.)
You manage the reliability and maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of the test benches, by coordinating the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
You participate in the integration, verification and validation phases of the benches.

Requirements
- You master the architecture of test resources (benches, simulators) and real ↔ simulated system interfaces, as well as the monitoring and analysis of flight tests.
- You are recognized for your ability to ensure the reliability and MCO of benches, and to coordinate multidisciplinary teams around common objectives.
- You have strong aeronautical and embedded systems skills, you are curious, rigorous and you enjoy teamwork in a demanding and innovative environment.
- You want to learn, share and have a concrete impact on the performance and safety of aeronautical programs; a good command of English is a plus depending on the project.
- You have at least 5 years of experience on subjects related to test means, embedded systems or the architecture of complex systems in the aeronautical field.
