Role Summary

Our Sales Advisors excel in managing communication between banks and their customers. You will be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value, providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You will provide first-rate service to both internal and external customers.

No one understands the needs and expectations of banking users better: you will be able to identify their needs and easily offer appropriate financial solutions. Being able to handle complex tasks with ease is essential in order to promote digital banking services, meet deadlines and build a portfolio of satisfied customers.

An Officer at Sopra Steria takes on several roles. Above all, you focus on impeccable customer service and the highest quality support. As an officer, you intervene in different areas such as Business Support or KYC analysis, always placing the emphasis on smooth collaboration. Through a proactive approach to problem solving and process optimization, you help deliver a customer-centric experience while supporting Sopra Steria's growth.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent
• Experience: beginner level to 3 years of relevant experience
• You have knowledge and experience in the following areas Microsoft Office Tools

Languages: Fluency in Dutch and French (required), English is an asset.
