Role Summary

Our Commercial Advisors excel in managing communications between banks and their customers. You will be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value, providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You will provide first-class service to both internal and external customers.

No one understands the needs and wants of bank users better; you will be able to identify their needs and easily provide suitable financial solutions. Being able to handle complex tasks effortlessly is crucial so you can promote digital banking services, meet deadlines, and build a portfolio of satisfied accounts.

As an officer you work in various areas such as Business Support and KYC analysis, where smooth cooperation is always paramount. Requirements

• Education: obtained at least a Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Languages: Dutch & French (required), English desired
