Role Summary

As a confirmed developer, experienced tech lead or architect, you design applications, participate in their implementation and deployment in the production environment, you are involved in all phases of the implementation:

• Carry out technical studies (creation of POC, solution benchmark, etc.);
• Participate in the functional and technical design phases;
• Develop features, accompanied by unit tests, guarantee code quality via code reviews and quality measurement tools;
• Participate in setting up the continuous integration and continuous delivery environment;
• Participate in performance audits, technical and safety reviews on different projects;
• Share your expertise by supporting and improving the skills of other employees (mentoring, training, technical support);
• Take part in software architecture work/reflection;

Ensure scalable maintenance of applications.

Depending on the projects, you operate in a modern and varied ecosystem, including:

Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express), Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and many other technologies.

The missions are scalable and adapt both to the needs of the projects and to your desire for learning and professional development.

Join the Sopra Steria teams within the Aeroline vertical, working on key applications for our clients, major players in the aeronautics and defense sectors.

Integrated into a multidisciplinary project team of 5 to 10 people, under the responsibility of a project manager, you will operate in a rich and complex international environment on technical and functional levels linked to the industrial challenges of our clients.

Requirements

• You are rigorous, autonomous and you enjoy working in a team. You demonstrate a spirit of analysis and synthesis. Your sense of service, your creativity and your methodical spirit will open up possibilities for you to progress towards project management or technical expertise.
• Good command of English is necessary.
• Graduate of an Engineering School, Master 2 University or equivalent training, you have at least 8 years of experience including 3 as a lead.
