Role Summary
Carrying out daily accounting activities in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
Preparation and posting of accounting orders and keeping accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Support for activities of monthly and annual closing of business books.
Assistance in the preparation of statutory financial reports and supporting documentation.
Ensuring proper filing and maintenance of accounting documentation.
Assistance in the preparation of periodic financial reports for local management and reporting to the Sika Group.
Support in the preparation of budgets, financial projections and deviation analysis.
Participation in the preparation of statistical reports and other legally prescribed reports.
Management of documentation related to payroll and financial records of employees.
Coordination with external payroll service providers or relevant institutions when necessary.
Assistance during internal and external audits through the preparation of requested documentation and necessary clarifications.
Participation in initiatives for process improvement and implementation of IT solutions in the field of finance.
Cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as auditors, banks, tax authorities and suppliers.
Regular reporting and submission of information to the Local Finance Manager.
Participation in financial projects and support for regional and regional financial initiatives.
Carrying out other tasks on the orders of the superior
Requirements
- VSC or VŠS in economics (graduate or undergraduate studies in economics).
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in positions in the field of finance, with demonstrable professional progress and taking on increasingly responsible roles.
- Good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience working in an international and/or structured corporate environment is desirable.
- Active knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing (B2–C2 level).
- Advanced use of MS Office packages.
- Experience in working with ERP systems.
