Coordenador de Vendas

Role Summary

Plan, organize and supervise the activities of the retail sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve established objectives.

Train and qualify the team on chemical products for construction and sales techniques.

Monitor performance indicators, providing continuous feedback and support to the team.

Maintain close relationships with strategic customers, carrying out technical visits to stores, customers and construction sites.

Monitor market trends, competition and consumer behavior, adjusting commercial strategies.

Participate in fairs, events and sector actions to promote products and expand the contact network.

Manage the sales area budget, controlling costs and optimizing resources.

Visits to customers: Construction Material Stores, Paints, Wholesalers and specialized stores.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Administration or related areas.
• Experience in companies in the civil construction or chemical sector is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Office package - Intermediate
• Sales, negotiation and commercial management techniques.
• Market analysis and strategic planning.
• Availability for frequent travel (plane and car).
• Know chemical products used in construction - Differential
• Live in RJ, preferably in the metropolitan region.
