Asistente Logistico

Role Summary

Execute the administrative processes of the Logistics and distribution area, through the procedures established by this area, in order to maintain operational continuity for the preparation and dispatch of customer orders from the SIKA distribution center and external warehouses.

Execute daily dispatch scheduling of route dispatch channels to satisfy demand.

Support in the documentary control of the dispatch area, to assist in the management of collections.

Control the planning of the fleet of trucks required for dispatch of finished products and bulk products.

Review details of the services provided monthly and control the proper handling of documentation.

Ensure the optimal issuance of Shipping Documents.

Faithfully comply with the stipulations of the employment contract, internal regulations and code of Conduct, to ensure a work environment marked by respect, transparency and good practices within the company.

Requirements

• Technician or professional in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in logistics or similar positions.
• Intermediate level command of Excel.
• Management of SAP S/4HANA.
• Desirable basic English (reading comprehension)
