Role Summary

We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to lead the Health, Safety and Environment strategy, ensuring legal compliance, risk management and strengthening the safety culture in all company operations. The position requires a strategic profile, active leadership and strong performance in the field.

Ensure compliance with current legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs).

Lead internal and external audits, inspections and inspections.

Manage Health and Safety indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and implement prevention programs, training and awareness initiatives.

Coordinate emergency, evacuation and crisis response plans.

Manage the area's budget and ensure the execution of strategic plans.

Promote a safety culture at all levels of the organization.

Harmonize health and safety policies and practices between different company units.

Conduct factory visits to ensure adherence to corporate standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Engineering, Occupational Safety or related areas.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering.
• Solid experience in Health and Safety (HSE) management, preferably in industrial environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation.
• Experience with audits, risk management and performance indicators.
• Experience in cultural transformation processes with a focus on security.
• Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
• Availability for frequent travel, serving approximately 15 units in Brazil.
