Role Summary

We are looking for a professional with experience in promotion and supervision of teams in the field, focused on correct execution at the point of sale, the development of the team of promoters and the fulfillment of commercial objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring brand presence, correct display and execution of commercial strategies in assigned areas.

Requirements

Academic Training

• Truncated or completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in promotion or supervision of promoters.
• Experience leading teams of promoters in the field.
• Monitoring sales, display, rotation and execution indicators.
• Experience in self-service, wholesale, retail or traditional channel (preferred).

Specific Knowledge

• Route planning and coverage of points of sale.
• Execution of exhibitions, planograms, POP material and activations.
• Team performance evaluation (KPIs, checklists, reports).
• Training and field support for promoters.
• Preparation of operational reports and basic management of indicators.
• Use of Excel, Office and CRM/promotion platforms (desirable).
