Role Summary

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in technical training within the construction sector, responsible for training internal and external clients in the proper use of products, promoting their correct application in the field, improving the customer experience and contributing to commercial growth in the assigned area.

Requirements

Academic Training

• Completed high school degree and/or technical career in Construction or related area (desirable).
• Additional training in training, technical training or construction products is desirable.
• Experience as a trainer, coach or technical instructor in the construction sector.
• Experience in training of products and systems applied on site.
• Direct customer service, installation and technical support.

Specific Knowledge

• Management and application of construction chemicals.
• Knowledge of installation processes and correct use of products in the field.
• Programming and execution of training courses for clients.
• Ability to explain application techniques, benefits and problem solving on site.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Customer orientation and service focus.
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive business relationships.
• Ability to detect and resolve technical problems in the use of the product.
• Organization and planning of training activities.

Others

Availability for visits to clients and field training in the Western area of the country.
