Anlagenführer (w/m) / Process Operator (f/m)

Role Summary

For our production site in Düdingen, we are looking for 3 plant operators for the filling production line as of September 1st, 2026 or by agreement in the area of adhesive production (AK 3). The following exciting work awaits you:

They are part of the safety culture in the company

You are responsible for ensuring trouble-free operation on the assigned systems while adhering to the production program

You support the process team in minimizing incorrect batches, waste, etc.

• You are jointly responsible for achieving goals and eliminating losses with regard to the overall process
• You comply with the standards and work instructions, laws and regulations, in particular the occupational safety regulations
• You actively promote improvement measures within the entire processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and proven experience in industrial production
• A good technical flair as well as manual skills and an independent, responsible, reliable way of working
• Very good knowledge of German (m/s)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
• Good knowledge of common office software programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in handling chemical raw materials is an advantage
• In hectic times, you can keep an overview and remain calm
