Role Summary

MISSION

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer takes care of preventive, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of production lines, auxiliary systems and electrical and electromechanical equipment. The figure guarantees the operational continuity and efficiency of the electrical systems, intervening in the event of faults and collaborating with the maintenance team to improve the reliability, safety and stability of the production processes.

Knowledge of

  • industrial electrical systems;
  • reading electrical diagrams;
  • control and drive panels

industrial sensors and safety systems.

Ability to use electrical diagnostic and measurement instruments;

Basic knowledge of industrial automation (PLC) for diagnostic activities is appreciated;

Good manual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance on systems for the production of bituminous membranes (impregnation, coating, extrusion, winding and cutting lines);
  • Diagnose electrical and electromechanical faults and intervene promptly to restore the functionality of the machines;
  • Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance activities on electrical panels, wiring, sensors, electric motors, inverters, encoders and basic automation systems;
  • Collaborate with mechanical maintenance technicians for integrated interventions on the systems;
  • Support continuous improvement activities in terms of plant reliability, reduction of downtime and operational safety;
  • Record interventions carried out via maintenance management systems (CMMS);
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and current electrical regulations;
  • Provide assistance during scheduled plant shutdowns for overhaul, component replacement, checks and calibration activities, also collaborating with external support teams;
  • Use electrical measuring instruments (tester, current clamp, insulation testing instruments).

Requirements

Technical diploma in electrical, electrotechnical, electronic or mechatronics

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in electrical maintenance of industrial systems;
  • Availability and flexibility;
  • Ability to work in a team and a spirit of collaboration;
  • Problem solving orientation.

  • Full time from Monday to Friday with daily hours;
