Role Summary
MISSION
The resource will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will have an active role in the digitalisation and organization of maintenance processes, contributing to the management of technical data, spare parts and plant documentation.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INTERNSHIP
- Acquire practical skills in managing maintenance activities, with particular focus on:
- organization of technical data
- use of management systems
- support for maintenance and continuous improvement processes
Responsibilities
- Support in mapping the assets and processes linked to the Qualiware project, both for the existing plant and for new projects
- Coding of spare parts for the mechanical and electrical departments and insertion of the relevant information into the warehouse management system
- Updating and managing Excel files for monitoring procedures and staff training
- Support for the management and organization of technical maintenance documentation
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Expert or similar
SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of industrial, energy, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to learn the operation of systems and production lines
Ability to work in a team
Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Dynamism and flexibility
- Good knowledge of the Office package - in particular Excel
