Role Summary

Workplace: Santiago, with execution of field activities nationwide, according to service requirements.

Lead and coordinate the general execution of the service.

Direct and supervise the team of professionals and specialists.

Coordinate the planning and execution of activities.

Review, validate and approve background information, analysis, recommendations and deliverables.

Ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of deliverables.

Monitor compliance with deadlines and commitments.

Coordinate and validate the work of specialists from different disciplines.

Manage the technical and administrative relationship with the client.

Represent the service provider during the execution of the service.

Requirements

• We are looking to hire a Project Manager to lead support services in environmental strategy and planning.
• Professional in the environmental area, engineering, environmental sciences or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in environmental disciplines related to the mining sector.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management positions.
• Experience in EIA, DIA and CP management, especially in mining projects.
• Experience in environmental evaluation of underground mining projects, open pit, processing plants, tailings deposits, waste/ballast deposits, foundries, among others.
• Experience in management and relationship with environmental authorities and State Administration organizations.
• Experience in community aspects associated with projects.
• Experience in managing strategic sustainability issues for mining projects and operations.
• Availability to carry out activities in the field when the service requires it.
