Role Summary

Workplace: Santiago, with execution of field activities nationwide, according to service requirements.

Coordinate the administrative and operational management of the service.

Coordinate and monitor the different activities and service orders.

Maintain updated control of man hours, deliverables and progress status.

Coordinate meetings and monitor agreements and commitments.

Prepare budgets and documentation associated with service activities.

Support the preparation of payment statements and official communications.

Monitor compliance with quality procedures and standards.

Maintain permanent coordination with the client and work teams.

Support the general monitoring of the technical and administrative progress of the service.

Requirements

• We are looking to incorporate a Project Coordinator to support the management and coordination of environmental strategy and planning services.
• Professional in the environmental area, engineering, environmental sciences or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental disciplines related to the mining sector.
• Experience in participation and/or development of EIA, DIA and CP, especially in mining projects.
• Experience in environmental regulatory processes.
• Demonstrable experience in coordinating baseline studies and environmental impact assessment.
• Experience in relationships with environmental authorities and State Administration organizations.
• Desirable experience in development and processing of sector permits.
• Work experience in mining operations and construction of mining projects is desirable.
• Availability for field activities when the service requires it.
