Role Summary

Review, analyze and evaluate the entire administrative and operational scope of the work, in order to identify risks that affect the work.

Propose strategies and alternative solutions to the identified administrative risks.

Plans, organizes, implements, develops and controls all administrative aspects of the work, based on the assigned resources.

Coordinates on-site supervision of contractual compliance of subcontractors.

Direct administration management, in meeting objectives, optimizing resources in coordination with the Resident.

Ensures the reduction of hotel and food costs, maintaining standards and improving services.

Ensure the maintenance of the service infrastructure (cleaning and disinfection of water reservoirs/tanks, ground well maintenance, electrical installations, deratization, disinfection, cleaning of environments or others).

Supervises, records and controls the valuations of each of the services, monitoring purchase orders and payment.

Supervises subcontractor personnel, by activities and those responsible in the field.

Monitoring compliance with valuation deadlines for payment to suppliers.

Report any news detected in the field.

Carry out other activities that the company provides for the fulfillment of the service.

Requirements

• University studies in Business Administration or related careers
• 02 years as construction manager or similar positions
• Knowledge in Personnel Administration
• Knowledge of Safety and Health at Work. (desirable)
• Knowledge of contractual management with suppliers and clients. (desirable)
• Residing in Quillabamba / Quellouno
