Role Summary

Responsible for monitoring and inspecting manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards, customer requirements, internal procedures and established quality standards. Performs dimensional, visual and documentary checks during production stages, monitors tests and releases, identifies non-conformities and reports deviations for treatment. Controls the quality of materials, equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical specifications and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and industrial plans
• Knowledge of metrology and use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, calibrators)
• Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, ISO 9001, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection of production processes
• Ability to identify non-conformities and record occurrences
• Knowledge of inspection techniques (by attributes and variables)
• Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, CEP, 5W2H, Ishikawa) — differential
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial quality inspection
• Experience in a manufacturing, metallurgical, assembly plant or auto parts industry environment (depending on the segment)
• Experiência com auditorias internas
• Office Suite (Word, Excel) — intermediate level
• Technical degree or higher in Production Engineering, Mechanics or related areas
• Certification in CQI (Certified Quality Inspector) or courses in the area of quality (differential)
