Role Summary

• Your role as a future manager
• Our environmental division has been a fixture for decades in:
• Quality control of soil, water and air samples
• Environmental Studies
• Geotechnics
• Storage and intervention of hazardous substances

To strengthen our position, we are looking for passionate scientific talent who want to grow into a managerial position. You start with an intensive training program in which you:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our environmental activities
• Guidance is provided through on-the-job training and coaching
• Step by step it is evolving towards a role with responsibility in people management, innovation, project work and commercial tasks

After this period you will be ready to manage a department and actively contribute to optimization and growth.

Requirements

• You have a master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences or Industrial Sciences
• You have several years of relevant work experience and want to develop further
• You are enterprising, analytical and think process-oriented
• You take initiative, work independently and always look for better solutions
• You have leadership potential and know how to motivate people
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus
