Role Summary

• Distribution and supervision of services provided by the team;
• Respond to specific customer requests after management analysis;
• Supervise, check and approve the team's scorecard;
• Prepare a Measurement Report for services performed in accordance with approved proposals/contracts for customer evaluation and approval;
• Ensure that invoicing is being issued/sent to the customer within the deadline established by the customer;
• Ensure that the necessary resources are available to meet the contract items, within the budgeted costs;
• Ensure that purchases of requested materials and services are executed and delivered on time;
