Role Summary

We are looking for people interested in collaborating on Mystery Shopper projects aimed at evaluating the customer experience by making a visit as a customer interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The collaboration will consist of simulating a real purchasing process to evaluate the quality of service offered, compliance with brand standards and different aspects of the commercial process, such as personal treatment, sales arguments and financing offers.

Good observation and writing skills

Not maintaining an employment or personal relationship with the evaluated establishments
