Role Summary
Responsible for identifying possible social conflicts in AIDs and AIIs, keeping the company informed.
Propose strategies and action plans for the management and/or solution of social conflicts, with the ability to manage contingencies, uncertainty and local crises.
Permanently coordinate Community Relations activities, with the PR leader.
Propose the adoption of measures and activities that promote good relations with the Communities.
Monitor locally hired personnel and verify their working conditions, salaries, accommodation and various facilities.
Carry out training and inductions on issues of community relations, social responsibility for workers and personnel entering the Service.
Channel complaints and claims received from the Authorities and Representatives of the Communities and Population Centers of the Service's areas of influence.
Interact with the communities in the Service's area of influence, with the aim of identifying situations of social risk in order to alert and establish corrective actions.
Prevent, identify and mitigate conflicts caused by the company's operation, evaluating the strategy to follow together with the HR leader. and the legal area.
Report any news detected in the DDV
Carry out the diagnosis, planning, design, implementation and monitoring of social investment programs.
Preparation of socio-political reports for authorities, leaders and community leaders.
Stakeholder mapping and media monitoring.
Generation and systematization of sociopolitical information.
Generation of spaces for dialogue and cooperation relationships with stakeholders.
Participate in meetings, workshops and/or assemblies on behalf of the company, as well as hold workshops and informative talks for the communities involved in the service.
Generation of strategies to reduce socio-political risk.
Socio-political monitoring of authorities, grassroots leaders and leaders.
Lead and participate in short and long-term negotiations, management of social conflicts and everyday controversies.
Manage and obtain agreements, agreements, social and environmental permits for the areas of interest of the project, whether on private land, state land or communal territories.
Identify the interests and purposes of the leading authorities and community population (Skateholders) for the development of contingency plans.
Monitor, evaluate and follow up on compliance with the agreements agreed with the communities.
Carry out other activities related to your specialty if provided by the company.
Requirements
- Technical and/or university studies in careers related to social aspects.
- Diploma in Community Relations and Conflict Management
- Management of relationships with communities and social conflicts.
- Knowledge of current legal community standards.
- Management of Quechua dialect.
- 01 - 03 years of experience in activities related to Social Responsibility, Community Relations and/or Conflict Management and Negotiations (Preferably in the mining, electricity or hydrocarbon sectors).
- Availability to work with atypical regime (21x7)
